The product is solid. We've had less than optimal experiences with Omada's professional services team. They are very interested in feedback from clients, which is great.

We use a non-cloud version og Omada Identity, which is connected to our On Prem Active Directory and our HR-system. 
Among other things, we use Omada Identity's assignment policies to automatically manage the assignment and withdrawal of basic, organizational and functional access rights to all employees. This gives us great time savings and high compliance in our work with access righst.
We are also lucky to have a super competent and incredibly pleasant Principal Consultant. The experience from several years of cooperation has given him good insight into our installation/configuration of our Omada Identity, our development wishes and needs for our IGA system. This is of great importance in daily life, when situations arise that need to be handled quickly.
