Overall, the product has the capability to suffice the requirements of SAP access provisioning and governance but the kind of support which the vendor should provide is what is missing.

Whenever we have had an issue that required PathLock support, we have had a good experience. Once a ticket is submitted, it is acknowledged very quickly and typically we have a follow up zoom to review the issue. The technician assigned to the ticket provides a summary of the meeting outlining a summary of the issues and next steps. We have had situations where the problem being addressed is complex and requires a higher level of expertise and bringing in other resources is handled very quickly.  The Tech team that supports the Appsian Security/SSO has been very pleased with the support, responsiveness and follow up on the tickets we have needed support with.  In addition to problem tickets, we also log tickets whenever we do an Appsian upgrade and secure on-call support for that weekend.  The team is always receptive to this request for support and provides to us a relieve in the event we run into something unexpected while upgrading.
