The system integrates well with other SentinelOne products, with a single, unified agent. Deployment is easy to get going, however full capability takes time and support from professional services. The quality of professional services was initially poor, however the team did manage to resolve the issues. Product capabilities are OK, however note that full response capabilities, such as the ability to disable an account are not yet available across all modules.

As the admin managing identity security in the energy sector, i rely heavily on strong identity management and account protection capabilities and the platform consistently delivers. The visibly it provide s into privileged account exposed cred and AD misconfiguration has helps us close several gaps that traditional tolls didn't surface. The alerting is timely accurate an enrich with meaningful context which reduces noise and helps us focus on real threats. The threat detection and behavior monitoring provide clear insight into abnormal identity actively and making it easier to detect misuse before it becomes an incident.
