Overall, we are satisfied with the performance of this vendor however, we primarily use their services to receive regulatory updates and only file a minimal amount of support tickets. The vendor provides good response times, and the quality of service for technical support is good. For functional support tickets, we have had some concerns with their responses and have explored other methods to resolve the matter. We have been able to extend the useful life of our ERP systems by using their services while minimizing our support fees. The largest advantage to this approach has been our increased capacity to take on other value added projects by not having to upgrade our ERP systems approximately every 3 years.
