We seem to find some weakness in certain Oracle EBS product modules such as OPN and EAM. Responses to these modules are slow. There is also a very limited knowledge base in their support portal. However, there is a clear path to escalation and an almost one to one support provided with every ticket raised. This makes is easy and straightforward when dealing with issues raised.
