Primary dislike would be the SLA required to access Microsoft support when we know that's the direction we're needing to go. Generally speaking we are only reaching out when we need to escalate an issue, but there are requirements that must be met before a tech from US Cloud will escalate accordingly. Outside of this, the only other dislikes would be the double billing that can occur when using their escalated support services, and the occasional lack of knowledge in particular areas of products.
