The deployment team has been amazing to work with, and the tool seems great. We have however had some issues deploying Incydr with our new AVD environment. The core issue is that up to 12 of our users are sharing a single AVD host at a time and Incydr doesn't currently have a good way to deploy properly in this type of setup. We were still able to deploy Incydr, but reporting and functionality of the tool are slightly limited at the moment.

My overall experience with Incyder has been average. There are a lot of features in this tool- sometimes I feel like its even too much. Although the interface is user-friendly, I find it difficult to navigate given the breadth of features. The real time monitoring works well, although sometimes I have seen it make mistakes.

Our organization implemented Mimecast Human Risk Management to improve visibility into user risk and strengthen our overall email security strategy. The platform provides user scoring, phishing awareness insights, and visibility into human-related security risks, allowing the security team to identify higher-risk users and prioritize awareness efforts. The platform works well with our existing security operations and provides useful reporting that supports security awareness initiatives.
