My company used Good for about a year before pivoting to BBM. The transition was a great decision and this platform fulfilled the needs of our mobile email requirements far better than Good. It seemed to operate much more effectively with our internal address book and calendars. It also integrated into my iphone much more effectively and there seemed to be way less bugs to call IT about when using.

Worked well, our main issue was user feedback, as most felt that BlackBerry was "Old stuff" and didn't want to use it. We wound up getting a push from upper management due to security, so we were able to 'force' our users to use it.

Blackberry mobile is great for the workplace, able to be downloaded on different manufacturer's devices so not limited to using blackberry phones. Good system for communication with colleagues.
