It is a unified tool across different database systems which can switch between projects or manage different databases without learning a new tool for each one. It is a visual query builder with an intuitive UI with flexible data import, export and data management capabilities, bulk data import tools and easy data manipulation tasks seeding back ups or exporting reports straight forward.

It's super, super slow. Even browsing on a small sized development database is broken & slow.
