Robust reporting tools and dashboards. It has employee self service and mobile access which is great for accessibility.

It's been challenging for us to train our employees and managers on SuccessFactors. Admins and executives appreciate the in depth platform, but employees have expressed confusion with so many features. They often end up just slacking HR, who goes into SuccessFactors to find the answer for them. I wish the platform was a bit cleaner for that employee view.
