SAP is a powerful but bulky tool. It's a very important part of our document control in a regulated medical device environment but it's a pain to use. The UI is horrendously outdated and ugly and the workflows and commands are counter intuitive as well as confusing. I experience access issues all the time that impact my work and the SAP team is wildly unhelpful, slow to assist and never understand the issue.

I had a very good experience with SAP integrated Risk Management Solutions. It is a very powerful tool to manage and centralise risk management efforts. The interface is very easy and user friendly for both technical and non technical users. There are lot of customisation options and the reporting is very useful. Although, their is some scope of improvement and as a user learning curve is involved with the tool but overall, it is a very powerful tool for all organisations.
