"Implementation was easy but needs some more features"

Overall experience is very good. While space management solution was fantastic tool , it need some more features like availability of this tool on Mobile phones. The lack of history creates some discomfort, we understand that this feature is likely to come in next version and upgrade.

All resources are on shore. Easy to self-implement without the need to employ DBA’s and highly trained technical resources. Product can be quickly stood up for rapid deployments. Not overly complicated and has a robust asset management and inspection program built in, eliminating the need for additional tools. Ease of use for Engineers and field staff. Offers two options for mobility apps which make offerings more flexible based on business needs. Releases product updates consistently each month. Con: overly complicated API structure, variety of UI/UX designs in the application, no ability to save reports, very lean staffing levels sometimes impacts product enhancements and bug fixes.

"Product was good however customization were difficult"

The product was rolled out to field teams, and training was done on the application. Faced issues with customizations, however, support from the vendor was good. Added more functionalities as more groups joined the field tool. iPad support was limited as forms were troublesome in getting developed. Implementation was ok but had issues in integration with legacy asset management systems.

"Okay Product Terrible Support"

The vendor support is horrible. The constantly miss promised delivery dates for patches/bug fixes. Said patches often fail testing and do not fix the problem.

"Implementation was challenging as functionality didn't always work as desired"

Lease accounting product implemented - basic functionality worked well but lots of issues with functionality around options on contracts. Very slow response times from Planon to fix issues, but most did get fixed eventually. Reporting directly from product is poor. Processing time is very slow for month close routines.

"QFM, only buy if you want a lot of headaches."

The version of the software that we have implemented is very klunky. Menu's within the software are not clear or organised very well. Logging jobs within the software is easy enough, but there are so many fields to populate before you are able to continue. Configuration with QFM's technical team is very slow. We have a number slow responses in regards to License expiration. They failed to get back to us in a timely fashion to update.
