It's easier to use and manage this product with such an important and complex unit like real state. Security is also the most important thing in that.

From the company perspective that i dislike about SAP is the price. Yes SAP can cover up every need of the company but SAP needs so much customization and SAP needs to be taken care of professionals. New user needs key user or consultants to use SAP. There can be no user guide in the first place.
