The visual workflow designer and Droppoint technology are game-changers; the designer is not a 'toy' drag-and-drop tool; it's robust enough to handle complex error handling and looping. Being able to securely access on-premises data without setting up a complex VPN via a drop point makes hybrid cloud integration much simpler. I appreciate the unlimited connector model, which encourages us to automate more of our stack without worrying about being 'nickeled and dimed' for every new app we connect.
