Best thing in FRENDS is its reliability in day-to-day operations and its ability to integrate core systems seamlessly. The integrations are running consistently in production and once deployed they tend to operate without issues. This reliability is critical for us as it ensures our business processes run automatically without manual intervention. Another strength is how Frends acts as central integration layer between enterprise systems. It enables us to move data in real time and supports our broader goal of automating and streamlining business processes. We received positive feedback during testing and rollout phasaes and development has been practical and result driven.

Lack of built-in concurrency support in loops; some shortcomings in log displays (no deployment log, for instance).
