The sheer volume of snap operations they offer and how well each one is documented. Several times in the last few months I've been stumped on what operation I'm even looking for in certain cases, and I'm almost always able to find either a single snap that does exactly what I didn't even know I needed, or a pattern that does the trick instead. They have tons of third-party integrations we use regularly too.

The scheduled tasks are not triggerable on demand. We have to create the same task as a trigger in order to run now. So when a schedule task fails, we can't rerun it (we just adjust the scheduled time and hopefully remember to change the time back). The UI isn't great.. Looking at the scheduled tasks, I'd like more fields to pick from show in the list. So of that information isn't useful to us and I'd like to hide those fields, meanwhile adding some that are more useful about the tasks like last run times, duration. The way to monitor the running/past tasks is annoying in that I have to adjust the filter every time. It'd be great if it remembers my settings and always lands me with the same filters every time. I see blank results until I filter to my specific projects
