Workato is a product that can be described as easy to learn but hard to master. Having learned it through their official trainings and certifications (which is a great feature by the way) I am finding new things I can do and explore every month. Most of the times my problem is time available to work on it, but when I do have the chance to dedicate time to it, it pays back for itself tenfold. So many little things my colleagues and I do repetitively every week can be automated in Workato, thereby releasing us from those chores. It can be complicated at times (it's hard to master) to set everything correctly, but once it is running it takes off and we don't have to touch it again. At that point the time saved goes from minutes, to hours, to days, to weeks as time passes, allowing us to focus on other tasks.
