1-) The no-code builder is intuitive enough that anyone on the team can create and manage automations without needing a developer. 2-) The sheer number of app integrations means we rarely hit a wall. If we use a tool, Zapier almost certainly connects to it :) 3-) It just works. Automations run reliably in the background and rarely need attention once they're setup.

Many features of integrations are missing, so you have to send http requests with hardcoded authentication in each of them (which sorta defeats the purpose of using an integration platform). Can't easily modify workflows. Website takes a long time to load when you have many steps in a workflow. Zapier was down multiple times.
