This platform has given me a comprehensive set of asset management capabilities that all support the full asset lifecycle. From maintenance planning / reporting to work execution, I have had a positive experience so far. Using the Maximo application suite has helped us improve operational visibility, standardize maintenance reporting and processes, and support data-driven decision-making. While the implementation of this tool was a bit time-consuming, the benefits outweigh it.

Maximo application suite has generally met our expectations for asset management and maintanance operations. The platform provides strong asset tracking, maintenance planning and reporting capabilities that help support day to day operations.

The suite has worked really well for us and provided a standardised the maintenance process, improve work the order management along with providing better control over the asset related activities. 
Features such as the mobile access and the automation of workflow has been the charm for the field teams. Although all worked well however there were some lacking area also like some of the update still need additional testing before the deployment and even occasional system complexity can also make the onboarding of the new user a time consuming process.
