What I like most is that it is highly configurable and can do everything from scanning, ingesting docs of various types through std import and REST, Classify and Extract info, OCR and export to a large number of platforms.

The cloud option does not support more complex scenarios or custom code. Does not keep pace with image conversion formats. (email embedded images). OCR quality is poor.
