I must admit I was very excited when we first started the partnership with this company but as the time went by and we got to know people better and their technology in more depth that excitement faded away.
What made this feeling stronger was the fact that the tool is very hard to configure. The frontend of the tool where human in the loop is performed has a great look and feel but other than that it is very hard to implement use cases and interfaces.
