From an implementation perspective, their onboarding team has been extremely helpful. They provide both a strategic and technical lead to help you build your site, and they provide a lengthy onramp for implementation (upwards of 6 months). Adoption is very important to them and they make sure you get exactly what you want for your site. From a user standpoint, the platform is so easy to use and search for the information you need.

The miscommunication between the two technical teams has been disappointing to say the least. Some misdirections and missteps from last year.
