Creating content or structures on the intranet is very easy, and you quickly learn how the individual widgets work. Furthermore, support usually responds within a day and provides excellent assistance in resolving problems yourself (if the issue isn't with the platform itself). To further your own knowledge of the platform, there's a comprehensive wiki, allowing you to design or fix many things yourself without contacting Haiilo directly. Their Academy is also fantastic, offering further training on topics such as developing a communication strategy and thus taking your intranet to the next level.

Entering content is very time consuming, and the text editor looks and works like something you'd know from forums in the 2000s. The worst part is, each picture you want to add from something like a manual, needs to be uploaded, named, selected and then pasted into to the text your are writing. There is no option to just copy and paste from existing manuals and retain the pictures.
