The combination of a powerful platform and exceptional team behind it. The platform itself is highly flexible, intuitive, and continuously evolving, which means we can respond quickly to user needs, implement improvements, and turn new ideas into reality without waiting for long development cycles. Just as important is the collaboration with the Omnia team. They are engaged, solution-oriented, and always ready to support us, whether it is questions, sparring, or more complex requests. dislikes
Not very sophisticated language variation, and it lacks consistency in how different configurations are handled. Surprised that the integration between the intranet module, the ODM and the OPM was so much poorer than we expected.
