The biggest advantage of Workvivo is that it is very useful for companies who allow their employees to work remotely or hybrid-like. Nowadays many companies adopt this strategy to allow their employees to work remotely and for those teams Workvivo is very great as it provides many features to the teams to stay connected with company internal communication, team access and get timely updates through mobile phones or laptop. Another positive aspect of Workvivo is that it provides strong employee engagement features like polls, shout-outs, post recognition etc. Through these features employees feel more appreciated and involved. Mobile application is a very strong point of Workvivo, it provides all the latest updates and notifications on employees mobiles phones anywhere without any problem.
