Blackline's cash app solution has been one of the most valuable tools within our Order to Cash area. After evaluating alternative solutions in the market, we continue to view Blackline as the best-in-class platform for cash application and receivable automation. The solution has significantly improved both the speeed and accuracy of our cash application processes. Through its automation, intelligence capabilities and exception handling, we have been able to reduce manual effort substantially while increasing straight-through processing rates to around the 90% mark. Activities that previously required significant analysis are now handled more efficiently, allowing teams to focus on higher value tasks. One of the key benefits is that our operational efficiency has improved significantly, cash is applied more quickly, unapplied cash is reduced and overall visibility into this area is much stronger. The platform has a really good user interface that provides a structured workflow for managing exceptions to help ensure visibility and nothing falls through the gaps. Blackline has impressed us all with their continued focus on product innovation and investment back for continual improvement using the latest technology. The application functionality is very strong and reliable, we also get a great support model, excellent documentation and reporting, improved controls and a market leader for this solution.
