A few things that stood out to me: The reporting tools are flexible enough for both detailed analysis and high-level presentations. It's easier to track costs across departments and projects than it was with our previous process. The platform scales well as more teams start using it and more data is added. The implementation wasn't completely effortless, but that was expected. Most of the time spent was on organizing our own data and deciding how we wanted to structure reporting. Once that work was done, the platform became much easier to use and maintain.

Sometimes data from different systems does not match properly and manual correction is needed. A few custom reports also take extra time when the data structure is complex.
