Centralized cost tracking improves visibility but limits reporting flexibility

What I like the most is the visibility it provides into our cost data, having all of our subscriptions and spending permissions in one place makes reporting much easier and helps us understand where the money is going, the dashboards are straightforward and easy to use and it is easy to track renewals, identify unnecessary expenses and have more data driven compositions around budgeting and cost optimization.

Platform scalability and resiliency was not upto the par. We had several outages during the course of our implementation.
