Key features are:- - It has good Business process control system - provides compliance management and operational Risk Management. - It provides advanced visualization, automation and development of simple work process in a seamless manner.

1. The UI/UX needs updating to meet modern web application standards 2. Reporting capabilities exists but are not intuitive to use 3. Whilst Allgress is a SaaS product, upgrades are still planned activities which impact availability of the product
