The product has a clean and user intuitive interface, which really assists user adoption. The product is flexible allowing us to meet our business use cases through configuration. The support service is very responsive and uses a multi channel approach, selecting the most appropriate engagement method to progress any issues.

Slow, not easy to use - great learning curve. UX requires improvement. Lacks basic functionalities, i.e. upload of information into the platform (xls) leading to excessive manual work. High dependency promoted by vendor.
