Overall Comment:"My experience with track-it es very positive; it is a ticketing tool that is very easy to work form the support and development teams of companies. i highly recommend it, it is easy and economical, amog the rest of the spilution offered on the market."
What i like most about this powerful tool is the ease of being able to move within it and identify the different items to be able to encode the information. Additionally, it allows you to have several modules for incident management, CMDB, problem management or self-help.
What i don't like is that sometimes the tool slow down, but it is because it is woking with several incidents at the same time, wich is very normal.
