We have used two products from the supplier INVGATE since 2020 and to date we are very satisfied with the results obtained and also with the support received from the manufacturer. When we first purchased the Service Management product, we acquired 8 licenses and for asset management 800 seats. After five years of use, our operational growth has led us to use 19 licenses and 1100 asset licenses respectively. This reflects a significant increase in our service needs and demonstrates the value the platform provides at our current scale.
