What do you like most about the product or service?

It’s a user-friendly, intuitive, easy to navigate interface that reduces effort for the team over time. Does offer low-code customization. Full-scale features like end-to-end ticketing, service cataloging, asset management, cmdb, automation, and more importantly knowledgebase and reporting are beneficial - earlier we had 2-3 tools to arrange for these. The software offers strong automation capabilities streamlining most of the repetitive tasks so that escalations are handled with timely responses. Rich API support to connect and share data with other tools helps a lot in the backend integration requirements. Finally, the embedded business intelligence is a great plus on the visibility front.

None, We are seeing an evolving maturity with the tool compared to other similar tools out there and it aligns with our requirements nicely.
