This vendor has been very flexible in changing course when needs have changed. This includes adapting our contractual relationship when necessary. They have always been truly transparent when we had disruptions and changes from a partnership perspective. We have required resources go above and beyond on good faith that we will everyone does the right thing later, there has been a need for this in several cases. Very cost effective solution and the vendor has really gone out of their way to ensure we get the highest value service for our budget.
