I liked the fact that the Compliance processes such as AML investigation, SAR escalations, onboarding reviews and internal approval could be structured in a more controlled and traceable way.

dislikes
the company is a little arrogant of thier solution and it does not reasonabily care about their customers, its a product and you take it or leave it because the pricing does not make sense to every organisation of scale.
