Synergy is not the most user-friendly platform out there, but no one can beat their customer service. The longer I work with it, the easier it becomes to think like them and therefore it becomes more and more user friendly. I appreciate such things as pulling up a student and being able to print almost any report in connection with that student from their profile screen. 
Attendance has gotten easier as we have discovered more options. I love that we can get attendance reports as often as we want them, as well as being able to have automated (personalized) attendance letters print on a schedule. This has saved us confusion and time.
Health records are easy to track and input, as well as get a report. The things we used to track on paper are now just a click away and forever stored for that individual.
I also handle the academic side of our high school, so I do a lot with the gradebook. While I do not have to put assignments or grades into the gradebook, it was easy to pick up on to be able to assist new staff with getting started. All-in-all, I am very happy with Synergy, it has the capabilities to do just about everything I need it to (there is always room for improvement), and amazing customer service to help you through any hiccups along the way!
