There are certain normal or obvious functions sthat Skyward doesn't have the capability for (such as scheduling alternate requests on the automated scheduler when the primary requests cannot be scheduled. Instead, they must be deployed manually, which defeats the purpose of having alternates. This has been requested for years, and we still have nothing to show for it.) As far as features that would make life easier, the turnaround time is very slow if we can get a response at all.
