One of the things I like best about Exterro is the ease of movement within the platform. Things are labeled intuitively and there are multiple avenues to get to screens; you aren't locked into only following a single route. Additionally, the training opportunities which Exterro provides are extensive and comprehensive. The trainers are always willing to answer a quick email and they speak plainly--no need to decipher tech-speak, for those less technology literate. And finally I like that Exterro is a sortof one stop shop for all things legal that we might need. We can create and manage legal holds. We can collect and collate documents. We can either review them ourselves or send them to outside counsel for review. All of this within one platform!

Mixed on what level of support I receive. I find areas that need improvement and question as to why items do/do not work and feels like it falls on deaf ears. Projects take an excessive amount of time. Example, if the agreement states 6 weeks (seems standard in most our items), why are we still working on it 4 months later. Issues with getting timely responses is also an ongoing area that needs improvement too.
