Product: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

End-to-end integration and financial reporting benefit, but steep learning curve

Product: Oracle NetSuite ERP

Smooth cloud performance, but navigation and configuration feel overwhelming

Likes and dislikes about

likes

End-to-End process integration, strong financial reporting, real time analytics and the ability to standardize process across the organization.

Basic government accounting functions require customization, workarounds, or additional configuration. It seems like Oracle maybe copies other configurations and uses them as the baseline as I can see things in our system that do not apply to us, such as retirement systems from other states. That makes it seem unpolished and makes the system more difficult to navigate. Things are buried deep within tabs and subtabs which can make navigating the system overwhelming but thankfully the search function makes it easy to find things, you just need to know keywords to search for which can be a hit or miss.
