what i like most about Dynatrace is the support around the platform. Ive had very positive experience in dealing with the live chat support and the community is a useful resource. There is also the Dynatrace university which i find very helpful. With the combination of the community, Dynatrace Assist and the University there is always a way to find what you are looking for. Being able to use Dynatrace Assist to query the logs means im able to work faster to find a solution to a problem.
