We had difficulties with the third party vendor initially, however once resolved and interacting directly with BitDefender the experience improved and we were able to implement in a reasonable time frame. There were some delays due to staff members on leave during August and hence wait times on responses for technical questions (e.g. roll out to Macbook end points), some of which meant resolving in-house.

Overall, the experience has been positive. We did have issues with planning and overall deployment (transitioning from an existing EDR to a new one comes with it's own set of challenges), but the specialists at BitDefender are always willing to jump on a call to help iron things out/give suggestions.
