For me, the 24x7 ESOC monitoring service is hands down the most valuable. I like how I can be contacted at anytime during the night or day once any suspicious lateral movement is detected in our environment.

Lack of communication from the SOC, arbitrary flagging and labeling of various malwares discovered via their integration with our endpoint protection as false positive or other mis-labeling, painfully slow turn-around time for tickets and requests.
