I was not involved in the purchasing decision or onboarding process so I cannot speak to that. Ontinue have good communication when reaching out to them and with the monthly review calls. I also like that they they can provide support with configuring a secure environment. However, the main MDR function of the service could be better. Often they are slow to respond to new incidents, including high severity ones, and sometimes miss out elements that should have been part of the response.
