Sophos MDR is a good solution for those within the Sophos environment. It has a couple of integration features, yet there are not a lot of options into custom telemetry inputs so far without some additional licensing for integrations. If you are single-platform, it's great.

The MDR solution is incredibly easy to configure and deploy, possibly helped in part due to us being previous customers using endpoint protection. The solution is easy to manage and provides live information of what is happening within our environment. It's also easy to spot problems and helps us to continuously develop and improve our security configurations.

The solution has alerted us to strange activities on the network, with some false positives and some genuine threats that we wouldn't have found so easily without this product.
