One thing I have seen and like is the constantly increasing library of integrations that they offer. We now have integrated with Teams to provide instant notification of a failure or a new file has been put in the folder. I like that it is also hardware/OS agnostic, they provide functionality on Windows, Mac, Mobile, and even have a CLI option for scripting. While looking through the site just now I see that they now offer a custom SMTP server so we can customize our from address.

Customer support can be a bit slow and for the cost I think it's a bit much for what we need it for.
