- Offers very reliable security features, but with some gaps (see dislikes) - Strong self service capabilities, reducing inter team dependencies - Scalable and reliable, no unplanned downtime last year - Lots of out of the box connectors, reducing customized solutions

Security maintenance - experienced high severity vulnerabilities (like CVE -2025-10035), requiring admins to stay very proactive with patching and hardening. Secondly, from my experience, complex initial setup - it takes more time and technical effort than expected, especially when integrating with existing network infrastructure. Thirdly observed steeper learning curve - basic transfer setups were easy, but when you needed advanced logic - conditional branching or looping through a ton of file rows - I did not find good enough documentation.
