What do you like most about the product or service?

Very professionally managed company (except one area), provides right kind of servicer with cost benefit to customer.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Very irregular in billing the customer, very weak, If for any reasons Sify can go down, is just because of poor controls on consumption of services to billing ratio is very poor.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

They have good model to different requirements of different customer, they deliver what they offer.
