This was a very well executed project by TATA Communications. The Project execution phase went very well and post implementation support phase also was coordinated well. The addition of and engagement lead (TAM) in the program is a great value addition for us as the operations is being managed very smoothly.

Used Azure for deploying my .NET application which used MVC as architectural patter and SQL server as backend database. very easy to deploy and fast also. best part Is it is very handy with any Microsoft products, provides familiar environment for existing Microsoft users .very easy to build and deploy applications.

Rackspace worked really well in bringing our operational costs down and keeping the servers inside it running efficiently as they possibly could.

Very good Services at right price. Some of the additional service provided are off grate help. Bringing improvements in the process to cater to customer requirements before anybody is asking for. Value added services are off grate help with right kind of back-end resource they have.

We migrated from another cloud service to ESDS eNlight for SAP last year due to commercial and security reasons. The business case turned out to provide clear visibility into costs with a fixed monthly billing over a 3 year period. The sizing was accurate and the transition / migration team was very diligent and highly experienced in cloud to cloud migration. We also used this opportunity to outsource our entire SAP managed services - hosting & support, bundled with Basis support to ESDS - these were managed by 3 different entities earlier. As a result. now ESDS is a one stop shop for managing the SAP application and the OS and has greatly reduced coordination headaches between different stakeholders. The migration itself was spot on, and literally the best I've experienced in my career - went home for the weekend on a Friday evening when the migration activity was initiated and on Monday morning when application users walked into the office - it was just another day of logging into the system and starting work - business as usual with zero issues. We continue to look and expand our relationship with ESDS in other areas on our digital journey.

The skilled manpower that knows the deployment of applications including migration of such applications from existing data center to the cloud service provider's data center has really helped my organization in smooth migration. Also, the tools provided by the cloud service provider are good to monitor the servers / Virtual Machines provided by them for our applications.

This is the best data hosting on stage server. This data hosting is very user-friendly. I have been using this software for the last one year. Alteration of data is very easy. I am very happy with the customer support aswell.

Fujitsu's service is stable without any serious troubles from the beginning. Also Fujitsu's service is evolving day by day although the progress is not so dramatic. Almost all Fujits's services are verified through in-house usage, so the quality can be highly reliable.

Very satisfying experience of collaboration with this provider. Professional and serious approach of Orange was a key factor of success for this project. Very good mathodology and prgmatic approoch.

What worked - Good understanding of the technical requirements, which translated to good execution. Accessible Senior Leadership team for escalation. What didn't work - Lack of resources, too few were assigned to us to handle urgent issues during project peak.

Overall good execution and delivery, however, many sub-contractors did put delivery at risk and creates a more complex support structure.
