- Invoicing system : there are bugs in it and sometimes you are withdrawn twice form your deposit. So no money left and they cut you the service at midnight. You need to wait the next morning so your customers can have data connectivity back - Customer support - Quality of service - Carriers selection : you need to investigate yourself to select the good carriers that are working. Sometimes BICS tell you this carrier for this country is working but on the field you see that is not. - Expansive
