The thing I like the most is reliability. Hands down. For our vpn access, we just need something that works all the time without any fuss, and the cisco service delivers that. It's one of those 'set it and forget it' type services, which is exactly what you want. Knowing that the connection is secure and stable for our team gives us a lot of peace of mind. We haven't had any major outages or security scares and that alone is worth a lot.
